Displays of the Motorola XOOM make their way into Verizon stores

We know that the Motorola XOOM cannot be too far away from its launch on Verizon. And the reason we know that is because Big Red's stores are now receiving displays for the Honeycomb flavored tablet.

As we reported, the price of the Motorola XOOM has been confirmed by CEO Sanjay Jha at $799.99 for the 3G (upgradeable to 4G) model  and $600.00 for the Wi-Fi only unit. With the displays now arriving at your local Verizon store, the long awaited launch of the tablet that was named "Best In Show" at CES should be just around the corner
